Gourmet Chocolate Candy Wholesale Polices

We sell only chocolates and truffles at wholesale prices that we manufacture. Information pertaining to distributors or where to purchase candy molds or novelties is strictly confidential and we do not share this information. All our gourmet chocolates are made to order and large amounts. This guarantees the freshness of our chocolate products.

To satisfy the IRS and verify that your intent is to resell our chocolate products, we must have a copy of your business license and/or resale certificate and business card. If you are a new business, we may come to terms, but we require verification/proof that you plan on reselling our products. Our products may not be purchased for personal use. At this time we sell wholesale only to businesses in the U.S.A., United Kingdom, Western Europe, Australia, Japan and Canada.

Minimum wholesale / private label orders are 4 pound minimum per flavor quantities.

We do not accept American Express or PayPal for wholesale orders. To pay for wholesale orders, please use MasterCard, Visa, Discover or money orders. To use a purchase order, you must have an approved credit application on file prior to ordering.

Registering for a Wholesale / Private Label Account

All wholesale / private label accounts must provide the following:

• Contact Person
• State Tax ID number
• Billing Address
• Shipping Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address

Registration Process:

• Register for an online account
  
  
• Give us a call at 570-278-1230 or send us an email to let us know you've registered
  
  
• We'll contact you to know when your account is updated to wholesale / private label status
  
  
• Once you've received confirmation of your status you may place your first order
  
  
• For future orders, all you have to do is log into your account and place your order. We only need to go through this process the first time.
