Using the Internet to raise money for your organization allows you the opportunity to enlist the support of family and friends located around the world.

1 - 2 - 3 Easy Steps

1) Signing Up: Take approximately five minutes of your time to sign up your organization and "go live" with your Internet fundraiser. You will receive an account number via email that will allow you to access your administration page and track your sales 24/7. You will also receive a link to send your fundraising letter anyone.

2) Contact Your Supporters: The next step is to request that each member in your group collect and bring you names(10 to 20 or more - recommended), addresses and/or email addresses of supporters that they know will support your organization. This is not a chain letter. It is a standard letter that your candy sellers personalize for each of their supporters.

Using the sample letter below or creating your own, your organization mails via USPS or emails a letter to each name on your list of collected names asking for support of your cause. The letter will include a web address that will be created specifically for your organization.

3) Shopping: Once at our site, each supporter is introduced to our gourmet chocolate candy and our numerous gourmet gift boxes and gift baskets. We collect the money, process the orders, and ship all the products. There is no selling, collecting of money or distribution headaches for your organization.

4) Profits: Your organization receives 15% of each retail sale not including shipping. In the past, average sales from out web site were approximately $35 - $40 per sale. Checks are mailed to you within two weeks after your fundraiser end date. You may wish to conduct a fundraiser several times throughout the year.

5) Shipping: Shipping is automaticaly calculated and charged when your supporters place their order online.

1. Between now and (fundraiser end date here), log onto The Sweet Spot's web site at www.chocolatesbyleopold.com. This special address will bring you to their home page where you can browse and read about their delisious chocolate cany.

2. Once there, you can shop the tempting selection of candy and gift ideas.

3. Make your choices. Checking out:

• When checking out in the shopping cart make sure you put our number (your unique customer ID here) in the comments box
  
  
• Call them on the telephone at 570-278-1230 and tell them what you want to order and give them our group number (your unique customer ID here) and they'll take your credit card information
  
  
• Order with MasterCard, Visa or Discover by going to https://secure.emcyber.com/chocolatesbyleopold/login.php and login with the username & password: YourSchool / YourGroupNumber
  
  
• If you'd rather mail in your order, please download their order form, fill out what you want and mail it to the address on the form. Make sure you put our number on the order form and on your check - (your unique customer ID here).

They've made it really easy to order and have provided several ways for you to support us.

4. The products will be shipped directly to you or those you wish to send a fabulous gourmet chocolate candy gift box or gift.

They'll track our sales and we'll get 15% of each purchase. Please, take a moment now to support our (your organization type: baseball, church, etc.). We plan to buy (what you plan on doing with the proceeds: badly needed uniforms) with the proceeds.
